Summary
"I just want to survive!"
One day, Souma Satsuki, an ordinary female college student, opens a scroll hidden in a storehouse and travels back in time to the Heian period.
Of all things, she is reincarnated as the daughter of Taira no Masakado, a great villain who rebelled against the Imperial Court, claiming that "I am the real Emperor!"
And what's more, it happens just as she is about to be executed!
The "person inside" claims that she is not, but is not believed. Just when it seems like all is lost, Abe no Seimei, a young genius onmyoji who has discovered Satsuki's secret, advises the Imperial Court and takes Satsuki into custody. Then, Satsuki decides that the only way to survive is to become an onmyoji herself, since she has been treated as a villain, and applies to Seimei to become his apprentice. Satsuki trains day and night, receiving the loving whip of her cool and handsome master.
However, troubles continue to arise, such as Itaka, a wild, brown-skinned Tengu spirit who takes an interest in Satsuki, who is constantly approaching her, and the real "Daughter of Masakado" who is pursuing her!
What will happen to Satsuki's life in the Heian period?
